To check which version of MORPH you have, start up MORPH. Once MORPH has started click on the 'Help' option and then select 'About MORPH'.

 

If you have MORPH4 the screen will look like like the one below (note the numbers 4.0.0), if it does not look like the one below then you probably have an earlier version of MORPH that is no longer supported.
