When the soil moisture deficit is known in the field, select Soil Moisture Deficit...from the WELL_Npull down menu. Then enter the details using the following dialog:-

Date of New Event:Enter the date when the soil moisture deficit was known.

Soil Moisture Deficit:Enter the soil moisture deficit on the above date in cm. If the drains run then enter the value 0. To add a new event complete the above questions then click on the Addbutton. To remove an existing event, click on the event in the top half of the dialog then click on the Deletebutton.
