We are trying to find out about things that stop people from helping someone having a cardiac arrest and also things that would help people get involved.

Research is how we describe the work we are doing to find an answer to a question. Our research question is ‘how to help people in high-risk areas to overcome obstacles in performing bystander CPR?’

We have been working closely with people from lots of different minority group backgrounds in lots of different ways.

The University of Warwick is responsible for organising and running the study and our lead researcher is Dr Claire Hawkes. We are going to combine your data with information from other types of research and come up with ideas on how to improve things.
