Who is classed as a parent/carer for the trial?

This includes parents, non-biological parents, carers, grandparents and legal guardians.

How do I register for the trial?

Follow the registration link given in the invitation letter/email sent to you and enter the unique school code (provided in the letter) to see and complete your consent form to confirm if you are happy to take part in the trial with your child. Your child will then receive a message asking them to complete their assent form to confirm that they are also happy to take part.

I have completed my baseline questionnaires but have not received any instructions on what to do next?

Please check that you have answered all the questions in each questionnaire – if you have you should see 100% next to each questionnaire. Once this is done you will get a message/email with what to do next.
