The REGAIN study compares two different approaches to help rehabilitation after COVID-19 infection:

1. Online Rehabilitation: REGAIN intervention has three components:
   • One hour individual assessment
   • On-line, supervised, home-based, exercise rehabilitation
   • Psychological support
2. Advice Session : 30 minute, on-line, one-to-one consultation with REGAIN practitioner, trained and supported by a Health Psychologist

Administration of all interventions are left to clinical discretion for management.
