As part of the ReSTORe study, we will be sending letters to patients identified using NHS England data. If you do not wish to receive this letter or be contacted about ReSTORe, you can opt out specifically using the link below:
This is separate from the National Data Opt-Out, which allows you to choose whether your confidential patient information is used for research and planning more broadly.
