Wellbeing Day 2024

Wellbeing Day

Health on the Hill

Thursday 9 May 2024

Thursday 9 May 2024, 9.30am – 2:30pm

Gibbet Hill is once again hosting a wonderful event dedicated to the health and wellbeing of staff and students at Warwick Medical School, and School of Life Sciences.

The event has something for everyone, with a packed programme of interactive sessions. Discover a new health and fitness programme with Warwick Sport, or come along to an interactive talk and learn something new that will positively impact your wellbeing - everything from hula hooping, understanding more about your sleep, meditation, seated exercise and so much more! Take a look at the programme below - and register for the sessions you can attend, as numbers are limited due to room capacity.

This is a collaborative event and we warmly welcome staff and students from Warwick Medical School and School of Life Sciences to the event.

Please note that places on the interactive sessions and talks are limited and registration is required. Places will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
