Where do I put the 'Patient Consent' and 'Use of Photos' documents?

Please note: This is only relevant for MSc Orthodontics and Diploma in Orthodontic Therapy students cases

Both of these documents should be uploaded to the 'Extra Documents' section of the e-portfolio. This is located in the 'Post Treatment' section on your main page of contents within a clinical case.
