Why won't my .ZipX file 'Unpack on the server'?

Unfortunately SiteBuilder does not recognize the .zipX file format, and the newer versions of WinZip (post 12.1) will save all compressed files as .Zipx. If you upload a .Zipx file to SiteBuilder, you will be given the following warning:

Please check your Zip file to ensure that it ends with .zip file format, rather than the new .zipx file. If this is not the case then It is still possible to create zip files in later versions of WinZip but the user needs to select ‘Legacy compression’ – there’s some more info here about changing from the default which may be helpful to you:
