Welcome to Week 4 of the SLEEP Programme!
We’re glad to have you join us for the fourth session of our programme. This week’s session will be conducted online, without a therapist, allowing you to engage with the material at your own pace.
Please check your email for the link to access this online session. During this session, you'll continue to build on the techniques and strategies you've learned so far. You will learn more about sleep needs, chronotypes and stress responses. Also, during this session, you will be introduced to several relaxation techniques. Last, you will have the opportunity to review your sleep journal, assess your progress, and refine your sleep plan as needed.
