CBT-I sleep programme

Cognitive behavioral therapy for insomnia (CBT-I)

CBT-I focuses on changing thoughts and behaviors that contribute to sleep difficulties. It addresses the underlying causes of insomnia and teaches individuals techniques to improve sleep quality and duration. CBT-I aims to break the cycle of insomnia by promoting healthier sleep patterns and addressing the psychological factors that may exacerbate sleep disturbances.

CBT-I that considers sleep-pain interaction (CBT-Ip)

This is an adapted version of CBT-I which still embraces the cognitive-behavioral principles but also considers the sleep-pain relationship. The adaptations made to the CBT-I program aim to give additional insight in the sleep-pain relationship, avoid potential sleep loss and reduce inadvertent undesirable side effects.
