This licence is made available free of charge for organisations whose main purpose is not directed towards commercial advantage or monetary compensation (“Non-Commercial Organisations”) which means Public Sector Organisations (e.g. Universities, Schools, Public Health, Social Services, NGOs), Registered Charities, Registered Community Interest Companies and Registered Social Enterprises only;

Please be aware that the Non-Commercial licence does not give you permission to publicly share PSPS or for you to provide/translate PSPS to other parties for their use under your licence. Should you wish to use PSPS outside of these terms please contact psps@warwick.ac.uk to discuss your requirements.
Please note, all Commercial Organisations utilising PSPS require a Commercial Licence including where PSPS is being used as part of products or services offered to non-commercial customers or in non-commercial settings. Please email psps@warwick.ac.uk to discuss a Commercial Licence.
