Behind the Siren: From 999 call to Critical Care Team Dispatch

Do you want to know what happens behind the scenes after youโ€™ve dialled 999 for an ambulance?
Join the Research Team at the Festival of Social Sciences event, 'Behind the Siren: From 999 Calls to Critical Care Team Dispatch', on Friday, 8 November 2024, from 6 to 9 pm at the John Laing Centre, Coventry Cathedral.

Medical professionals and social scientists will discuss how risk is negotiated in emergency medical service through a round table session and Q and A. You will also have the chance to step inside an ambulance and engage with uniformed healthcare professionals operating on the frontline.
