SYMPOSIUM: Financial Institutions in Distress: Recovery, Resolution, Recognition
Please join us for a day of discussions and brainstorming regarding strategies and policies to address the distress of financial institutions. The Symposium will pay tribute to Professor Alberto Mazzoni, former President of UNIDROIT, Founding President of the UNIDROIT-Queen Mary Institute of Transnational Law and III member.
This symposium will be co-hosted by the III, UNIDROIT, Istituto per la Vigilanza sulle Assicurazioni (IVASS), University of British Columbia Law Faculty, Warwick Law School, and UNIDROIT-Queen Mary Institute of Transnational Commercial Law.
