On these two, complementary, day-conferences we will engage in cross-cultural dialogue, and explore themes of mental health and the whole person in the context of education. The conferences will explore different approaches taken to education for mental health and the whole person, and different conceptions of the value of cultivating mental health and educating the whole person. There will be a particular focus on UK and Japanese contexts and on exploring the different meanings of mental health and the whole person across these contexts. Both conferences will have a grounding in philosophy, and aim to develop deep exchange across philosophical traditions, as well as across arts-sciences.
Booking Link here (you can book to attend one or both days. Book a ticket and one of the conference organisers will be in touch to confirm your preference).
