IEL Collective Conversations are back! This session will be moderated by Dr Anil Yilmaz Vastardis from Essex Law School, University of Essex and will discuss business and human rights developments ahead of the 13th UN Forum on Business and Human Rights. It will focus on the emergence of human rights due diligence legislation in Europe and provide critical reflections on the good, the bad, and the ugly. Dr Anil Yilmaz Vastardis will be joined by Caroline Lichuma (Postdoctoral Researcher Centre for Human Rights Erlangen Nuremberg (CHREN), Tara Van Ho (Senior Lecturer, Essex Law School and Human Rights Centre, University of Essex, Co-Director of the Essex Business and Human Rights Project) & Michelle Staggs Kelsall (Senior Lecturer in International Law, School of Law, Gender and Media at SOAS, and Co-Director of the Centre for Human Rights Law).
