Judge Sir Howard Morrison is the President of the Appeals Division of the International Criminal Court. He has some 45 years experience as a barrister, Queen’s Counsel and judge in a number of different jurisdictions. He has extensive lecturing experience on topics concerning international criminal and humanitarian law worldwide. He is a Master of the Bench of Grays Inn and an advocacy trainer for student barristers. |
