Postgraduate Legal Careers ConferenceThis year we’ll be covering further developments in the Solicitors Qualifying Exam (SQE) and discussing the new route, transition from the LPC and some details of our SQE programmes. This session will be followed by one covering the Impact of Covid-19 on future lawyers, the graduate recruitment landscape, and insights from Law Firms. We’ll be joined by former magic circle lawyer turned legal journalist and careers expert, Husnara Begum, as well as Jane Drew, a Consultant with over 25 years city graduate recruitment experience. They will share their real-time insights from firm and chambers colleagues. We’ll be offering all attendees the chance to enjoy a breakfast delivered to you at home. |

LLM Dissertation Writing BootcampThe aim of these writing bootcamps is to provide a dedicated space for you to focus exclusively on writing chunks of your LLM dissertation. You will be asked to attend with clear writing goals for your dissertation and targets for writing (for example, finishing off a chapter of your dissertation). There will also be opportunities to have one-to-one sessions with our writing mentor, Isabel Andrews. You will need to register by Friday, 9 July if you would like to book a session with Isabel. |
