MA Philosophy, Politics and Economics: Tripartite
If you are looking for a programme that will continue your PPE specialism in all areas at postgraduate level and extend your skills in all disciplines, this course is for you. As a PPE student, you will work with experts on a wide variety of topics. Extend your skills in philosophical, political and economic analysis. Bring your skills together to tackle important questions on key topics where all three play their part in decisionmaking.
Structure
Below you will find the core and optional core modules for the Tripartite pathway. Please note that optional module lists are subject to change slightly each year; the links below reflect what is on offer in 2018/19 and are indicative of what will be available in the future.
Pre-sessional Mathematics and Statistics module, taken before the start of the Autumn Term | |

Core Economics module (20/22 CATS): Either Economic Analysis: Microeconomics or Economic Analysis: Macroeconomics | |
Core Politics and International Studies module (20 CATS): Select from available MA core modules. | |
Core Philosophy module (20 CATS): Any available Philosophy MA module. | |

Please note that availability will vary depending on your previous Econometrics training. |

Dissertation: This will be your own independent research on an area agreed with your supervisor. You can undertake a dissertation in either an individual subject OR an interdisciplinary PPE dissertation. |
