Registration to attend the conference will close on 13 April 2019.

Authors of accepted papers must register before 31 March 2019 to ensure their paper is included in the final programme.

Cancellation Policy
If registration is cancelled more than one month (28 days) before the start of the conference, any fees paid will be refunded, though an administration charge of £25 may be made.

If a booking is cancelled less than one month (28 days) before the start of the conference, any costs WBS had incurred on your behalf at the time of cancellation, plus an administration charge of £25, will be retained. Any balance of fees paid will be refunded.

For cancellations less than seven working days prior to the event date no refunds will be made.
