Terms and Conditions

Participants of the competition are encouraged to study the terms and conditions. We expect all participants to follow standard business etiquette at all times in interpreting rules. Strict adherence to the rules is required during the competition and failure to comply may ultimately result in disqualification. Any doubts or disputes will ultimately be cleared by the organising committee, who have final authority in all matters related to the rules and the competition. 01 |
The WBS Case Challenge is an invitation only event for top university-based business schools. The competition will focus on a current issue facing organizations within the healthcare sector. |
| 02 | Multiple entries are permitted from each university. However, each person can only apply with one team. | ||
| 03 | Teams will be informed of the status of their application by 29th May 2022 | ||
| 04 | Teams will have to send in their confirmations by 3rd June 2022 | ||
| 05 | Each team must consist of 6 MBA candidates. A diverse team is encouraged. | ||

The expected format for presentations is PowerPoint. Presentations must be in English. | |
| 07 | Each team must be present in the theatre during all presentations. | ||
| 08 | The judges will select a winning team once all presentations have finished. The selection criteria will be based upon the proposal strength, ability to answer questions and quality of the presentation. The judges' decision will be final. | ||

The winning team will receive £1,500 prize money, which will be provided by bank transfer following the event. The winning team will be announced on the evening during day 2 of the competition. |

| 10 | By participating in this competition, you are consenting to take part in any publicity that may accompany or result from the competition. | ||
| 11 | The committee reserves the right to decide on any discrepancies and the decision of the committee is final. | ||
