Research pillars

We focus on three key pillars of research:

  • The Consumer: Explore products and services that empower consumers and enable financial literacy.
  • The Firm: Explore the use of, and financial investment in, AI/ML technologies to drive processes and structures. How digital strategies shape the future and emergent industry structures
  • Wider society: Explore the influence and impact of financial technologies on wider society and behaviours. This includes cryptocurrencies and financial regs, cybersecurity and public trust in new financial technologies and associated services.
