Late arrival approval form 2025-26
If, due to unforeseen circumstances, you are unable to arrive on campus by 12 January 2026 to start your lectures, please complete the form below. You must attempt to arrive on campus as soon as possible. Note that we cannot consider requests to arrive later than 26 January 2026.
