WBS Short Term International Bursary - Application Form

NB - You will need to be logged into your University account (top right hand corner) to be able to submit this form.

Complete this application form and arrange for a reference form to be completed to be considered for the WBS Short Term International Bursary for an international experience of less than 4 weeks. This can be completed by any Warwick member of staff who you know and can confirm your suitability for the opportunity you are applying for.

This form closes at noon (GMT) on Friday 26th XXX 2026.

The University of Warwick will process your personal data, being your full name, University ID, University email, personal email, phone number, course and department for the purpose of administering the application process of the short term mobility bursary. 

By completing this form, you give your permission for the Student Funding team to confirm whether or not your level of Household Income falls within the eligibility criteria and to use your UCAS information to assess your eligibility for free school meals.

You also give your permission to contact relevant departments within the University of Warwick to verify specific eligibility criteria. For example, the Lifecycle Team may be approached to confirm your status as a Care Leaver or Estranged student.

The legal basis for processing this personal data is consent. You may withdraw your consent at anytime by contacting wbsugstuexperience@wbs.ac.uk.

Your personal data will not be shared or disclosed to any third parties external to the University of Warwick.

Your personal data will not be transferred outside of the EEA, will be kept securely by the University of Warwick and will be retained for a period of 3 years.
