Before: The Student Experience team will send you a calendar invite & the meeting link to your Warwick email account from ugmitcircs@wbs.ac.uk
During: Join the virtual meeting and discuss your queries with Gemmaa - hearing your student voice is important to us
After: The Student Experience team and your Associate Dean will address your queries as efficiently as possible
