Undergraduate Student Experience Team Appointment Booking

Welcome to the appointment booking homepage for the Student Experience and Engagement team, based within the Undergraduate Office! If you need pastoral support, including help with Mitigating Circumstances or extensions, or if you want to share any helpful insight or ideas regarding your student experience, please get in touch to book an appointment with us.

The team are currently taking bookings for appointments via email only.
If you'd like to meet with a member of the team please email ugmitcircs@wbs.ac.uk giving the team at least 48 working hours notice.
