WBS Affiliated Society Promotion Request

As a WBS Affiliated Society, you are expected to submit all promotional requests via the following form to ensure that all teams across WBS (UG Student Experience and Engagement Team, CareersPlus and Employer Relations) are notified of the event and to ensure that colleagues have all the information they need to promote your event effectively.

The form will be sent to members across all teams mentioned above to maximise promotional reach across different my.wbs pages, but also ensure that we are consistently advertising events across the my.wbs pages.

Please provide at least 5 working days prior to your event when submitting this promotion request to ensure that all teams can view the information and action accordingly.

Requests will only be reviewed from known contacts within a WBS Affiliated Society.
