This form will be used to gain insight as to when our students will be returning to campus following any periods of self-isloation or 'quarantine'. Your answers will be recorded and associated with your name, but no other personally identifiable data will be stored, and the data will not be used for any purpose other than as a record of when you expect to be on campus for face-to-face study for Term 1 of the next academic year (2020/21).
