Network365: Meditation

We know that not everyone was able to attend all of the sessions they would have liked to at the Network Day - so we're re-running some of the most popular sessions through our Network365 programme. Registration is now open for Meditation on Friday 24 June, 12.30-1.30. Room to be confirmed shortly.

Please register to attend by completing the short registration form here. Please remember to sign in before trying to book a place. Your name and email address will then automatically appear.

Session details
People who meditate regularly strengthen their body's natural relaxation systems; systems which evolved to keep the body in a healthy state of well-being. People who meditate feel able to return to a state of stability and calm more quickly and easily in response to stress. Research from across the World has shown that people who meditate regularly are generally, calmer, remain focused, have more energy, sleep better, feel happier and more content. They are also more resilient and less prone to illness. The meditation sessions provide meditative practices to help a person achieve such outcomes. They include physical relaxation and breathing techniques, how to raise energy levels and methods for maintaining a balanced state of calm. This friendly meditation class is open to all; no previous experience required.

Session leader: Peter Keynton-Hook, Activated Qi Meditations
