New programme launched to improve mental health and wellbeing

The University of Warwick's sports centre, Warwick Sport has beeh awarded funding from Sport England to launch a new programme to help support students and staff suffering with mental health problems. The programme began last week with a series of free mental health and wellbeing classes open to staff and students.

£3.2m funding for Midlands-based high performance computing centre

The Midlands Innovation group of universities, which includes the University of Warwick, have been awarded £3.2million from the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC) to establish HPC Midlands Plus – a centre of excellence in high performance computing (HPC).
