Accommodation and Meals

The University of Warwick is right in the centre of England, easy to reach by rail, car or plane from all parts of the UK and abroad.

Ideally located on the border of the West Midlands and Warwickshire, there is easy access to the major cities of Coventry and Birmingham, and to the beautiful historic towns of Stratford-upon-Avon, Warwick, Kenilworth and Royal Leamington Spa.

The campus is located three miles to the south west of Coventry city centre and is set in nearly 300 hectares of natural countryside with lakes, woods and beautifully tended gardens in which you can relax and escape from the buzz of campus.

Accommodation will be provided for conference participants from 4 August to 10 August in single-study bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities on the University campus. Bed linen and towels will also be provided. Take a look at the campus residences here.

Accommodation for chaperones will also be provided in single-study bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities. There will be one adult chaperone in the accommodation for every 10 students, organised in single-sex areas.

Global Action Team leaders will be provided single-study bedrooms with shared bathroom facilities on the University campus. There will be one Global Action Team leader for every 20 students.

The conference fee includes all meals from dinner on the evening of 4 August to breakfast on the morning of 10 August.
