Computer access
If you need to access a computer during the conference, an IT suite can be found in R0 39, which is located within Ramphal Building. The access code for this room is #1482*. Please note that this room will only be open from 9.00am - 9.00pm.

Cinema
Located within the Warwick Arts Centre, the Cinema showcases the latest box office films as well as range of international movies. The films being shown during the conference are:

Ticket prices are £5.75 or £5.10 for matinee performances. Tickets can be purchased from the Box Office within the Arts Centre.

Big Screen
Located on the Piazza, the Big Screen will be broadcasting a range of sporting events, movies and shows during the conference.

Lakes and Nature Reserve
Within a few minutes walk from the Rootes Residence, the lakes and nature reserve are a perfect location to jog, walk or just relax during the conference.

Sporting Activities
Throughout the conference, there will be the opportunity to take part in leisure and sporting activities. Conference participants also have use of some of the comprehensive sports facilities, including the swimming pool and fitness suite, free of charge. Other facilities are available for a nominal charge, and will need to be booked in advance. To access the facilities, you will need to present your bedroom key at the Sports Centre Reception.

Exercise Class Timetable
A range of exercise classes are available to conference guests. These are chargeable at £2.00 per activity and do need to be booked in advance. Please arrive at the Sports Centre in time, as latecomers are not allowed.
