Corridor walls in the Institute of Education are looking brighter this term. In Summer 2002, the Institute commissioned artwork from children in partner schools to hang in corridors and public spaces across the Institute. Children from five to 18 came into the University in June to see their professionally framed and hung work nestling alongside work from the University art collection. Chris Husbands, Director of the Institute, said "We are delighted to be able to celebrate the outstanding work which children in our partner schools can produce."
