Please Note:

  • See Department of PE & Sport website for Class Descriptions
  • Fitness classes are on a ‘first come’ basis with tokens available at the Sports Centre reception 15 minutes before a class begins
  • Entry to all Fitness Classes except Popmobility and Popmotone is prohibited after the first 10 minutes of the class have expired – in order to allow for a proper warm-up
