A pioneer of behavioural science, Professor George Loewenstein is the Herbert A. Simon University Professor of Economics and Psychology at Carnegie Mellon University. Professor Loewenstein received an Honorary Doctor of Science degree from the University of Warwick in January 2014. In his work, the Professor explores the borderlands between economics and psychology. Professor Loewenstein spoke to Anna Blackaby about his work at the University of Graduation Ceremony.
