Warwick Conferences are proud to announce that its three Training and Conference Centres have successfully completed their first assessment for entry into Hospitality Assured Meetings - the kitemark for the hospitality and meetings industry. Scarman, Radcliffe and Arden have been individually awarded the coveted accreditation having undergone rigorous independent inspection focusing on the ability to deliver a consistent high standard of quality and service.

On 18 July 2002, Brian Healy, General Manager at Scarman, received the award on behalf of Scarman, presented by Peter Darnell, President at MIA for Hospitality Assured Meetings. Brian Healy commented, "We are delighted to have been accredited with the Hospitality Assured Meetings marque and are extremely proud of our Staff. Customer satisfaction is vitally important to us and the HA-M accreditation demonstrates our commitment to outstanding meetings excellence."

Cathy McGreevy, Head of Conference Business and Central Sales added "The HA-M kitemark provides us with an objective view of our business and adds tremendous value to our offering. For all three venues to become HA-M accredited at the same time is a remarkable achievement. Scarman House was voted Best UK Management Training Centre earlier this year and this kitemark just helps to confirm our leading position within the marketplace. ."

The assessment involves a rigorous process of accreditation involving scoring for ongoing customer satisfaction checks against specific meetings industry standards, encompassing conference organisers and delegates, together with an annual assessment.

Introduced by the Meetings Industry Association (MIA), Hospitality Assured Meetings is the kite mark of the hospitality and meetings industry and represents the ultimate accolade for upholding and practising the highest standards.
