Warwick Diabetes Lecturer’s Date at Downing Street

Recognition for services to medicine have been given to Surinder Ghatoray in the form of a personal invitation to number 10 Downing Street.

On 3rd of February, Surinder Ghatoray, a lecturer in the University of Warwick's Primary Health Care Studies department, will attend a reception at number 10 in honour of her services to promote diabetes care.

A qualified dietician, Mrs Ghatoray specialises in glycaemic diabetes and has been lecturing at The University of Warwick for almost 2 years. Surinders excellent work to raise awareness of diabetes through the media and national conferences gained her the nomination for this prestigious invitation.
