The QS Graduate Employability Rankings 2018 have ranked the University of Warwick in the world’s top 100 universities for graduate employability.
Ranked at 66 in the world, out of 600 universities that were considered, Warwick has risen around 20 places on last year table. A full breakdown of the table also shows that Warwick is ranked 27th in the world in terms of Employer reputation (up 2 places from last year).
Warwick Professor Pro-Vice-Chancellor Christopher Hughes said:
This is just the latest endorsement of the employability of Warwick students by employers. Warwick was also ranked as the first most targeted university nationally by the UK’s top 100 graduate employers by the 2017 the High Fliers Research Ltd., and the government’s Longitudinal Education Outcomes (LEO) dataset published this summer showed that in over a dozen subjects University of Warwick graduates are ranked in top 10 in the UK for high earnings five years after their graduation. Feedback from employers emphasises that, as well as seeing Warwick graduates as highly motivated and knowledgeable, employers value their broad range of interests outside of their academic studies.
