Unearth the skeletons in your family closet at a free University of Warwick taster session

Anyone who has ever been tempted to find out where they really come from and trace their family tree can sign up for a free taster session taking place at the University of Warwick next month.

The family history session is just one of a wide selection on offer on Saturday 11th September at Westwood Teaching Centre on the University’s Westwood Campus. Visitors can sample some of the subjects being offered this autumn as Open Studies Certificates, which include child psychology, history, archaeology, creative writing and journalism.

Certificates are studied over three terms during the academic year and may count towards a part-time degree.

The taster sessions will run throughout the day from 10am until 3pm and anyone who registers for a Certificate on the day or by midnight on 17th September 2010 will also receive a free £10 book token.
