It’s a fabulous result and great recognition for everyone who has worked so hard to make Warwick Conferences world class.”

Ensuring staff continue to deliver high levels of customer service, Warwick Conferences has recently increased its pro-active sales team and employee training schedule and every member of client-facing staff has completed customer service refresher training.

More than 700 guests attended this year’s prestigious black tie event, which took place on Monday 22nd February at the Novotel London West, and was hosted by popular BBC news presenter Kate Silverton.
