Warwick Conferences, part of the University of Warwick, has picked up an unprecedented four gold awards at this year’s annual Meetings & Incentive Travel (M&IT) awards.

Dubbed as the conference industry’s ‘Oscars’, the awards are voted for by conference organisers and readers of M&IT, the conference industry’s leading publication. 

Warwick Conferences won gold awards in all four of the categories in which it was nominated:

• Best Conference and Banqueting Staff
•  Best Academic Venue
  
• Best UK Management Training Centre
  
• Best Value for Money Conference Venue

Alan Robinson, Director of Training and Conference Centres said: “We are ecstatic to have picked up all four gold M&IT awards. The awards are voted for solely by event organisers, so we certainly view them as important to our success and credibility.

Ensuring staff continue to deliver high levels of customer service, Warwick Conferences has recently increased its pro-active sales team and employee training schedule and every member of client-facing staff has completed customer service refresher training.

More than 700 guests attended this year’s prestigious black tie event, which took place on Monday 22^nd February at the Novotel London West, and was hosted by popular BBC news presenter Kate Silverton.
