Like many UK universities the University of Warwick was brought into being by a Royal Charter of Incorporation, ours being issued by Her Majesty the Queen. We join today with so many other organisations and individuals in expressing our sorrow at the death of her beloved husband His Royal Highness Prince Philip, The Duke of Edinburgh
