Enhancing Research Culture at Warwick
On 26th April 2023, research and research-enabling colleagues took part in a networking event.
They shared updates on ongoing research culture activities at the University.

Participants were invited to act as a funders' review panel.
The groups evaluated different ideas to improve research culture (which are being submitted to the Wellcome Trust as part of an institutional bid):
One take away from this activity is that any 360-degree feedback or reverse mentoring schemes will need to be carefully designed to acknowledge anonymity/safety concerns and other possible barriers to engagement.
