UKSAF Vendor Registration

Please complete the form below to register for the Vendor Exhibition at the upcoming UK Surface Analysis Forum meeting, to be hosted by the National Physical Laboratory, Teddington, London on July 15-16, 2025.

Please note that payment will be required for the vendor packages prior to the meeting, details on this will be sent to registered vendors in due course.

Vendor Packages

Gold vendor package: £1000 (maximum 7 places available, 1 remaining)

  • A vendor table on the ground floor in the main entrance foyer to the building in which the conference will be staged.
  • A five-minute flash presentation in one of two vendor sessions in the main conference programme.
  • One free delegate registration and reduced rates for further delegates.
  • Advertisement on social media channels (LinkedIn, X and BlueSky)
  • Logo and link on the delegate registration pages of the UKSAF website.

Silver vendor package: £500 (maximum 7 places available, 3 remaining)

  • A vendor table on the first floor of the building in which the conference will be staged (refreshments will be served in both vendor locations).
  • One free delegate registration and reduced rates for further delegates.
  • Advertisement on social media channels (LinkedIn, X and BlueSky)
  • Logo and link on the delegate registration pages of the UKSAF website.

All vendors will receive a standard exhibition table, logos and links to their company on the UKSAF website, in addition to promotion on both Twitter/X and LinkedIn.
