Mead Gallery Exhibitions 2023
Katrina Palmer: What's Already Going On
12 January - 2 April 2023
What's Already Going On will be Palmer's largest commission to date and the gallery's most radical transformation yet.
As visitors explore the gallery space, they will encounter rooms that house Palmer’s sculptures, a never seen before film, and redacted text drawings. The exhibition will resemble a university corridor, inspired by those located in the Department of Philosophy at The University of Warwick.

The Reason for Painting
Thursday 4 May - Sunday 25 June 2023
This exhibition brings together a diverse group of younger artists who share their experiences of experimenting with colour, mark and form, to create moments of joy. Varying in scale, these artists’ works are intense, intuitive, and expressive. Others are contemplative and logical, presenting large fields of colour.
Artists include: Betsy Bradley, James Collins, Pam Evelyn, Jadé Fadojutimi, Harminder Judge, Melike Kara, Rob Lyon, Oscar Murillo, Ruairiadh O’Connell, Sam Windett and Mary Ramsden.
