Reporting Problems in Centrally Timetabled Rooms
For problems with the Furniture or Fixtures in Centrally Timetabled Rooms
Contact the Estates Maintenance Helpdesk:
- For Emergency or same day priority assistance : Ext. 75100.
- For missing, broken or too much furniture, black board rubbers whiteboard pens etc. : submit a request for the porters via the Estates Service Centre - please use 'Request a Service' option for the porters
- Low priority and non-emergency requests for maintenance can now be handled via the Estates Online Web Service

For issues concerning the misuse of Centrally Timetabled Rooms
- If you find someone else in a room you believe you have booked and there are no screens to check, please contact the Timetabling Team on Room.Bookings@warwick.ac.uk
- If you arrive at your room and the furniture is in an unsuitable state (and is not simple to rectify) you should raise a ticket with the Estates helpdesk (use link above) for the porters to attend
