About the workshop
Following a successful student eventLink opens in a new window, Echo360 are inviting staff to take part in a creative problem-solving workshop, giving a unique opportunity to bring together and share a range of perspectives and experiences using Echo360’s video technologies.
EchoVideo serves as the University's video management platform, enabling the capture, editing, and sharing of video content. It is installed in over 260 rooms across campus, offering automated capture and distribution via Moodle.
Working in small interdisciplinary groups (3-5 people), you will:
- Share what works well and where challenges still exist
- Identify key pain points in current video capture workflows
- Ideate and propose creative, practical solutions
Your ideas and solutions generated during the workshop could help to shape the future of Echo360 software and product development.
Optional preparation: An outline of existing Echo360 features will be shared in advance of the ideation workshop. These will also be summarised during the workshop.
What you’ll gain:
- Insight into new and existing Echo360 features that enhance staff and student experience
- The chance to collaborate with colleagues from across the University
- An opportunity to shape tools that could have real-world impact on teaching and learning
- Professional development through reflection on how video technologies can maximise your efficiency and enhance the student learning experience
- Refreshments will be provided
