Schedule an assessment
- Log into Questionmark.
- Publish the assessment.
Before you can schedule an assessment, you must publish it.

Check the box next to the assessment you wish to publish.

Click the Publish option on the toolbar located above the assessment list.
The assessment will now display a timestamp in the "Last Published" column.If you are updating an assessment that has already been created, you still need to publish it to ensure any updates are available for the next scheduled session and visible to students.

Go to Authoring > Assessments.

Locate the assessment you wish to schedule.

Select the box next to the name and click Publish from the options above.

Groups containing participants can be scheduled to take an assessment.
To create a group:- Click New group. The "Add group" screen opens.
- Enter a Group name for the group (this is a mandatory field).
- If desired, enter a Group description.
- Click Create.
- Add participants to the group.

https://help.questionmark.com/hc/en-us/articles/27908515595163-Groups#-scheduling-a-group- Select the groups to be scheduled. You can select more than one group to include in the schedule. If a group contains subgroups, all of its subgroups will also be scheduled.
- Click Schedule. The "Schedule management" screen opens.
- Select the 'Web delivery' Schedule type (the options displayed depend on the license for the Questionmark area).
- Click Add assessments, specify the assessments to be scheduled, and then click Done. To select more than one assessment, hold Ctrl and then click on the desired assessments.
- Click Next or the Schedule tab.
- Enter a name for the schedule.
- To limit the number of times an assessment can be taken, select the Limit attempts option and choose the maximum number of attempts allowed for the assessment (between 0 and 100).
