If a participant has login issues, we may need to set the password manually for them. Use the link below to log into your account:

To edit the participant’s profile:

• Go to the ‘People’ tab and choose ‘Users’.
• Click the ‘Filter users’ tab and open the filter options.
• Put the participant’s username in the username box, for example, u21xxxxxx.
• Click on the correct username once you have found it, and then click edit on the operation column to view the details of the participant. In the password section, please enter some simple password, such as 123456 or warwick2021, and re-enter the password in the box below to confirm it.
• Once this has been completed, make sure to scroll down and click the save button to save the password.
• You should send the participant an email informing them about the temporary password, and tell them to set their own password after they have logged back into the system
