How to unblock the users
If a participant tries unsuccessfully to log in to QMP more than 5 times, the system will block their account. Use the link below to log into your account:
https://ondemand.questionmark.eu/home/610141/user
To unblock users:
- Go to the ‘People’ tab and click ‘Unblock users’ button.
- Tick the first box, which selects all the users, then click ‘Clear flood’ on the bottom of the page to unblock them.
- If all of have been cleared, you will see this message.
- If there are any users left on the screen afterward, please repeat these steps to clear all of them.
