Tasks the team can help with/advise on

  • Fundraising
The Development team at Warwick fundraises for projects which benefit the University and the wider world. You may have heard about our fundraising through the telephone fundraising campaigns, the #LoveWarwickUni celebrations and the staff summer party.

    We fundraise for:
    - Student life: Scholarships, bursaries, sports and societies
    - Health: Cancer research, Alzheimer’s and dementia research, premature birth and neonatal care with the Grace Research Fund
    - Communities: Warwick in Africa, Laksh Project, Education Outreach, Warwick Volunteers
    - Campus life: Warwick Arts Centre, the Library, academic departments, buildings and facilities

If you’re interested in fundraising for projects at Warwick, we can offer advice and support on every aspect of your fundraising. Meanwhile if you already fundraise for other charities, we’d really encourage you to think about supporting Warwick too!

Please call us on +44 (0)24 7615 0060 or email benefactors at warwick dot ac dot uk for more information. You can also visit our website.
  • Gift Administration: All charitable donations to the University must come through the Development Team, as stipulated in the University financial regulations. If you’re unsure if a gift to your area counts, get in touch and we’ll take a look.
  • Trusts and foundations: We already work with a number of trusts and foundations, and are always applying to more. We also work closely with Research Support Services on a number of areas. If you’re about to apply to one of these bodies for funding, please get in touch so that we can all coordinate our approach – we might also be able to help you with your bid.
